Wheel-thrown in a white stoneware clay, this vase has been carefully decorated with a hand-drawn gridline pattern using an underglaze pencil.
Each line is drawn individually, creating a soft, sketch-like quality.
Finished with a clear glaze, this ceramic vase is fully watertight.

Rather than adding the colour through the traditional method of glazing, we instead work with coloured clays. All of our coloured clays are mixed by hand, ensuring that the colour is integrated throughout the entire ceramic form.
